As one of the first productions of The SpongeBob Musical outside Broadway and the pilot production for Broadway Media Distribution, the project required translating a globally recognized animated property into a cohesive live theatrical world. I directed the production and led its scenic design, costume coordination, and social media campaign, working within Nickelodeon brand guidelines while creating a bold, stage-ready visual identity.
