TECHNICAL DIRECTOR & SHOW STAGE MANAGER
For this 200-performer arena production, I led technical delivery from initial planning through live execution. I assembled the design and vendor teams; sourced, negotiated, and managed contracts and rentals for the stage, arena sound system, truss and lighting package, LED scenic screens, performer-flying system, platforms, props, and scenic elements; and delivered the build within its approved budget.
I also created technical drawings for the arena layout, platforms, screens, and flying system, aligning the venue, designers, vendors, and production team around one coordinated plan. During the live performance, when the lead performer’s wireless microphone failed mid-scene, I immediately supplied a handheld replacement, allowing the scene—and the show—to continue without stopping.
